Delivery Times
Our shipping turnaround times have not changed and we will endeavour to get your products dispatched within 2 working days if ordered before 12pm. Working day (Monday to Friday).
At present we use DPD to deliver our products to your door.
In order to try to do our bit to save the planet, you may now not get a receipt, but you will receive a Delivery Note with your order. If you wish for a receipt to be sent to you then please do not hesitate to contact us.
We do everything we can to meet this delivery schedule. However, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery
Please note that we are only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom through the website. We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
For deliveries outside mainland UK e.g. Highlands, Eire etc – surcharges in addition to normal charges apply. Healthy Paws can not be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us and we are unable to refund postage costs.
We will undertake every measure to ensure goods are delivered within the timescales stated. We aim to supply all goods in a good condition and suitable for consumption. We will take no responsibility for any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party or use otherwise as instructed. If the goods supplied are damaged on delivery, you should notify us in writing or by phone within 24 hours.
If you have any complaint about the goods you should notify us in writing or via e-mail as soon as possible, but in any event within 7 days of the date you discovered the defect or complaint. We will endeavor to rectify any complaint to the best of our ability.
Returns
Right to Return the Goods and to Receive a Refund
13.1 If the Customer is not satisfied with any Goods purchased from the Supplier, the Customer may cancel the Contract and return the Goods to the Supplier and obtain a refund of the price of the returned Goods, provided:
13.1.1 the Customer informs the Supplier of the decision to cancel the Contract within 7 calendar days of delivery of the Goods; and
13.1.2 the Goods are returned in their original condition; and
13.1.3 the Goods are returned in accordance with sub-Clause 13.3 below.
13.2 While the Goods remain in the Customer’s possession the Customer is under a duty to ensure that the Goods are kept safe and secure.
13.3 The following transportation charges will apply:
13.3.1 If the total purchase price of the returned Goods is less than £500.00 the charge payable by the Customer for the return is £20.00.
13.3.2 If the total purchase price of the returned Goods is more than £500 the charge payable by the Customer for the return is £40.00.
13.4 Where the Goods are custom made to the order of the Customer, the Customer shall not be entitled to return the Goods and receive a refund unless the Goods are faulty. The statutory rights of the Customer are unaffected.
